Terms and Conditions

All helmets and props are made-to-order using high-resolution 3D printing. Due to the nature of the process:

• Minor layer lines, seams, or finishing variations may occur.
   
• Raw (unfinished) prints may require sanding, priming, and painting.
   
• Finished products are hand-painted and may vary slightly from product photos.
   

These are fan-made items inspired by popular characters and franchises. We do not claim any affiliation with Lucasfilm, Disney, or any other license holders.

• Processing times vary based on product and finish level (typically 7–21 business days).
   
• We ship via [USPS / UPS / Insert carrier], and tracking is provided once the item ships.
   
• Forge & Fandom Armory is not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our workshop, but we’ll help however we can.
   
• Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
   
• If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We love working with fans! For custom paint jobs, battalion colors, or specific mods:

• Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability, pricing, and timeline.
   
• Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return once production begins.
   
• All designs and prints are intended for personal use, display, or cosplay.
   
• Items may not be reproduced or resold without express written permission.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior (even Sith Lords).
